Lotus X Films is an independent film production company run by Xavier Rippon as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By using lotusxfilms.co.uk, placing an order or making a donation, you agree to these terms. If you have a question, email LotusXFilms@gmail.com.

• All films, artwork, characters, logos, text and other content on this site belong to Lotus X Films and are protected by copyright.
• You are welcome to watch and share links to our public films, but you may not download, copy, re-upload, sell or use our content commercially without written permission.
• Names, designs and merchandise connected with Lotus X Films may not be reproduced.

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken securely by card through our payment provider at checkout. Your order is only accepted once payment succeeds, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.
• Items are made to order by our print partner, so small variations in colour, placement and fit are normal and are not faults.

• We ship worldwide. Delivery options and prices are calculated for your address at checkout, and each option shows its expected delivery window.
• Items are printed to order first, so total delivery time is production time plus the delivery estimate. Estimates are not guarantees.
• You are responsible for giving a correct delivery address. If an item cannot be delivered because of an address error, we can arrange redelivery once the item is returned to us, and any extra postage is payable by you.
• Any customs charges, import duties or taxes for deliveries outside the UK are your responsibility.

• Because every item is made to order just for you, change-of-mind returns are not available and the usual 14 day cancellation right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email LotusXFilms@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 10 working days of us agreeing the refund.

• Donations are voluntary and help fund our films. They can be one-off or monthly, and no goods are provided in return.
• Donations are not refundable once made, as the money goes towards production costs.
• You can cancel a monthly donation at any time by email to LotusXFilms@gmail.com or by cancelling the payment with your card provider. Cancellation stops future payments only.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but the site and its content are provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by our breach of these terms, or for losses that are not a foreseeable result of using the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have authority over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order or make a donation is the version that applies to you.
