I love of every part of the filmmaking process
I love every single aspect of the filmmaking journey. There's something poetic about the way that we speak to one another. It's human to have conversations and learn about each other, expressing that knowledge through other people, through relationships, through trauma, through grief.
Editing, to me, has always been a huge part of my creative process, within the initial ideas, within the storyboard, and seeing the actors move, seeing their little looks… what can't we see? What's there, what isn't?
14 years in the making
Lotus X Films is never going to be just an average, everyday film company. I've spent 14 years creating YouTube videos about my life, about my experiences. I know the struggles of creating something, looking back at it and wondering what it was all for. We forget the moments where we were truly happy, because happiness doesn't come at the end of the journey. Happiness is the journey! And I want to go on that journey with each and every one of you.
There is no such thing as a bad idea. I truly believe that. I'm someone who's watched thousands of films. I know what I’m talking about. I see the potential.
